Hello, Welcome,

I'm an experienced movement and mind-body professional

I have spend the last 20 years working in dance, movement, wellbeing and fitness. In addition to that I have studied psychology both at Bsc level and as a specialism in my MSc in Dance science.

​

I have taught many different bodies, ages and neuro differentiations. From baby ballet to older active adults, from vocational dance students to adults with special needs. This allows me to adapt and teach/coach whatever is needed for the individual at that specific time.

Having a number of tools under my belt means that I approach sessions from a body AND mind perspective - after all the links between the one and the other are inextricably linked. 

​

Having worked as a lecturer for the university of west London I am well versed in delivering inclusive, accessible and informative lectures and workshops.

Why I love my work

I love that get to spend time with amazing people. That I get to share and see their development and progress.  I am always honoured by how dedicated and committed people are to classes and their own learning. 

I love how coming to do some movement classes leads to so much more outside of a movement class, many report feeing better in their general day to day, sleeping better, increased sporting/hobby abilities and a general sense of well-being. I am hugely passionate about effective, beneficial movement (rather than right or wrong movement) and in empowering others to do their own learning (after all I am not in your body so only you know how or what you feel).
