Beginners course - online and on demand 

We understand that sometimes the dates and days of our beginner courses are not suitable and so are pleased to be able to offer this convient and cost effective alternative.

 

This on-demand course is a pre-recorded short form of the in-person beginners course. Each of the 4  sessions lasts about 40-45mins and will recap the last session and where appropriate add extra exercises or versions. 

This is perfect if you are:

Keen to get started straight away

Can’t make the current days/times of the beginners course

Prefer to learn from home

Would like deeper understanding of the basics 

Need to recap the basics 

​​​​This is 1st version is on offer for only £27 as we wanted to keep it accessible for all. 

You will need:

a stretchy band/ resistance band

A medicine ball/ cushion or rolled up towel

A smaller cushion or towel if needed for your head when lying down 

On purchase you will be able to access this course and watch it at your own time and from anywhere on any device. 

 

You will have access for 3 months. We highly suggest doing one session a week for 4 weeks.

Practicing Yoga

As many of the classes are progressive in nature (we keep building on previously learnt exercises and principles) we ask that anyone joining a weekly class has either completed a beginners course or a 1-2-1 before joining to fully benefit from our group classes.

The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

Being physically active is very safe for most people. Some people, however, should check with their doctors before they increase their current level of activity. The PAR-Q has been designed to identify the small number of adults for whom physical activity may be inappropriate or those who should have medical advice concerning the type of activity most suitable for them.
